West Virginia Public Broadcasting seeks a fundraising professional for our Development department in Charleston. This person will identify and cultivate existing donor relationships to increase their level of personal involvement and, through solicitation, their financial commitment to West Virginia Public Broadcasting.
Qualifications: Non-profit experience in individual donor development and solicitation. Experience managing a portfolio of donors. Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills with the ability to make dynamic presentations. Strong planning skills, high level of computer literacy, strong team player who works well independently. Knowledge of the philanthropic community. Ability to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.
