COVID-19 Remembrance: Wade Shaffer

Charleston, West Virginia resident Wade Shaffer, was described as “passionate” and “kind,” the type of person who was the life of the party and always the first to lend a hand. The 42-year-old died last month from COVID-19.

His friend Mindy Parsley has this remembrance.
