Dale Bradley has been appointed to temporarily serve as Pierpont Community and Technology College’s interim president.
Bradley is the college’s vice president for finance and administration. The college’s Board of Governors appointed Bradley as interim president on Wednesday.
Board chairman Jim Griffin says in a news release that the board plans to name a permanent interim president by Aug. 1 to serve until a new president is hired.
Griffin says the board believes it will take a year to 18 months to conduct a national search to replace Doreen Larson. Larson has accepted the president’s job at Edison Community College in Piqua, Ohio.
