Groundhog Day in West Virginia

At the West Virginia Wildlife Center this morning, the groundhog named French Creek Freddie did not see his shadow. That means that he is predicting an early spring this year. 
 
Concord Charlie at Concord University is also predicting an early spring because he Did NOT see his shadow.
 
However, in Pennsylvania this morning, Punxsutawney Phil did see his shadow and predicts six more weeks of winter.
