McKinley Named Vice Chair of Energy and Commerce Committee Oversight Subcommittee

Republican Congressman David McKinley has been named vice chair of an Energy and Commerce Committee oversight subcommittee.

The Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations is responsible for oversight of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Federal Communications Commission, the Department of Health and Human Services and other federal agencies and departments.

McKinley’s office said Wednesday that the West Virginia Republican will continue to serve on Energy and Commerce Committee, the Energy and Power Subcommittee and the Environment and the Economy Committee.
