VH1 Save the Music Tour to Visit West Virginia Schools

The VH1 Save the Music 2014 Fall Tour will visit select West Virginia Middle Schools over the next couple of days.

The VH1 Save the Music Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in public schools. The foundation will tour West Virginia schools that have received musical instruments from the foundation for the 2014-2015 school year.

Thursday:

  • Crum Middle School 8 a.m.
  • Williamson Middle 9:15 a.m.
  • Chapmanville Middle 10:45 a.m.
  • Beckley Park Middle 1 p.m.
  • Mountain View Middle 2:45 p.m.

Friday:

  • Bruceton School 8 a.m.
  • Ritchie County Middle 10:30 a.m.
  • Calhoun County Middle 1 p.m.

The mission of the VH1 Save the Music Foundation is to raise awareness about the importance of music as part of a child’s complete education.
