Pendleton County Superintendent Named W.Va. Superintendent of the Year

The West Virginia Association of School Administrators says Pendleton County Superintendent Doug Lambert has been named West Virginia Superintendent of the Year.  Lambert is president of the organization.

Lambert will represent West Virginia in the National Superintendent of the Year competition in San Diego in February.

He has been superintendent in Pendleton County since 2005 and previously served as principal for Pendleton County Middle/High School beginning in 2002.

Lambert has served in various positions for the West Virginia Association of School Administrators and is now president of the group.
