Senate Sees Gaps In The Small Business Emergency Bill, How to Improve Digital Learning, & More

The Senate raises questions about gaps in the small business emergency funding bill passed last week by the House, the House of Delegates addresses issues related to giving the governor powers during a state of preparedness similar to that of a state of an emergency, and a recently released report from the Alliance for Excellence in Education takes a look at what rural counties in West Virginia are missing in their digital learning initiatives.
