-----------------------------

When the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame inductedtheir 5th class on Saturday night, a wide swath of musical styles wasbe featured.

Bluegrass, folk, country, jazz, gospel, rock, and even opera--were all represented. And while the range of genres is an important aspect of this Hall of Fame, the incredible history of the musicians honored is what makes this memorable night so incredibly special.

In a collaboration with the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame, we here at West Virginia Public Broadcasting are proud to present these vignettes that detail the rich history of each artist inducted.
