Sesame in Communities

Sesame Street in Communities expands with a new initiative to help children overcome traumatic experiences and address difficult feelings like anxiety, grief, and anger. These bilingual resources present universal coping strategies that help children feel safe and become more resilient in a range of situations, and give caring adults the tools they need to foster nurturing connections.

Slow Down and Settle Down is a packed one and a half minutes where Sesame’s Abby Cadabby let’s us know when we are anxious we need to Slow Down to Settle Down.  Good advice at any age.   Sesame in Communities offers resources for parents and care givers.
