West Virginia Public Broadcasting is governed by the West Virginia Educational Broadcasting Authority, whose members are appointed by the Governor. Two nonprofit organizations raise money on behalf of WVPB: The Friends of West Virginia Public Broadcasting solicits and manages membership donations, and the West Virginia Public Broadcasting Foundation seeks major gifts, grants, and bequests as well as managing our endowment fund.
