Health Secretary Predicts Another $199M in RHTP Funds

West Virginia received $199 million in the first year of the Rural Health Transformation Program. Dr. Arvin Singh, secretary of the West Virginia Department of Health, told lawmakers he expects the state's level of funding to remain the same next year.
