Mason Adams is a Virginia-based journalist, writing for Blue Ridge Outdoors and Belt magazines. He covered the tensions between protesters, law enforcement officials and the pipeline company. WVPB energy and environment reporter Brittany Patterson spoke with Adams about some drastic measures some landowners have used to protest the pipeline.
