On this West Virginia Morning, a student at Concord University worked through trauma by finding ways to express herself with art. She’s hoping a degree in art will help her teach others how to find the same freedom. But without the help of a new program at Concord, she may have quit school. Jessica Lilly reports.
Also on today's show, for years, Pennsylvania landowners have tried and failed to get the Legislature to protect royalties they receive from natural gas companies. A new poll from Franklin and Marshall College and StateImpact Pennsylvania shows two-thirds of Pennsylvania voters believe the state should strengthen the law.
